Firefighter Eugene Rawles was sworn in Tuesday night by the Township of Springfield Fire Department, marking a new step in his career. Rawles has been a member of the Garwood Fire Department since 2017, where he was recognized as a valuable asset through his knowledge, dedication, and training.

During his tenure, he contributed significantly to the department and was known for his willingness to help with various tasks around the firehouse. Despite his new position, Rawles will continue to be affiliated with the Garwood Fire Department.

The officers and members of the Garwood Fire Department congratulated Eugene Rawles on his efforts and achievements, expressing pride in his hard work and dedication to his career in firefighting.
