"Union County Celebrates Hispanic Heritage with Performance"

Union County concluded Hispanic Heritage Month with a lively performance titled “Mexico Beyond Mariachi: Trekking Mexico” at the Union County Performing Arts Center (UCPAC) in Rahway. The event was attended by community members and featured an engaging mix of song, dance, and cultural storytelling.

Union County Commissioner Vice-Chairwoman Lourdes Leon and Commissioner Sergio Granados were instrumental in bringing this performance to the community. Rahway Mayor Raymond A. Giacobbe, the Rahway City Council, and Administrator of Cultural & Heritage Affairs Rachael Faillace also contributed to the collaboration that made the event possible. Audience members enjoyed a vibrant display of cultural appreciation throughout the performance.
