Garwood Recreation in collaboration with RMC Studios is offering two exciting music programs for children in the community to participate in.

The first program is Instrument Making, open to kids aged 6 to 9 years. In this hands-on class, children will learn to create their own instruments using materials that can be found at home. The class aims to be fun for all abilities and encourages creativity.

The second program is the Parent and Me Music Class, tailored for children between 6 months to 3 years old. This interactive experience is designed to not only introduce children to the world of music but also to support their cognitive, emotional, and social development through musical activities.

Both programs will run from October 6th to November 10th for a duration of 6 weeks. The Instrument Making class will be held on Sundays from 12:15 PM to 1:15 PM, and the Parent and Me Music Class will take place on Sundays from 11 AM to 12 PM at the Garwood Rec Center.

The cost for each program is $153 for Garwood residents and $160 for non-residents. To register or obtain additional information, individuals can visit the Garwood Recreation website at www.garwoodrec.com.
