Seniors invited to share stories at UCPAC workshop

Staff Report / cranfordlocal.org

The County of Union is inviting seniors to take part in a program called Stories of a Lifetime Workshop at UCPAC. The workshop aims to help seniors explore the art of storytelling and share their life experiences with family and friends.

The workshop will consist of three sessions held on September 9, 16, and 27 at the Hamilton Stage in Rahway, NJ. Participants will engage in writing exercises, receive feedback, and prepare for a showcase performance of their stories. Lunch and refreshments will be provided, and the event is limited to 20 participants to ensure personalized attention.

Seniors interested in participating can register at https://ucpac.org/senior/ or contact programming@ucpac.org or call 732-499-8226. The program is a collaboration between UCPAC and the Union County Board of County Commissioners.
