The Borough of Garwood now requires digital parking payments using credit/debit cards through the ParkMobile app. This mandate applies to specific locations, including the Borough Hall Lot, Center Street, South Avenue, West Street, and Willow Ave. Lot. Paid parking is only enforced in designated zones from 8 AM to 6 PM, Monday through Saturday.

To pay for parking, there are five methods available:

1. Download the ParkMobile app for Apple or Android devices.

2. Scan the QR code on the green signage in Garwood.

3. Type "parkmobile.io" in your mobile phone's internet browser.

4. Text "Park" to 77223.

5. Call 877-727-5304 and follow the prompts.

Currently, enforcement of paid parking areas has started on Center Street between South Avenue and North Avenue, as well as on West Street between South Avenue and Willow Avenue. For more details, visit www.garwood.org/parking. Welcome to Garwood!
