The Union County Board of Elections Administrator Nicole DiRado has announced that the polling place list and drop box locations for the Scotch Plains – Fanwood Special School Election are now available on the UCBOE website at www.ucnj.org/ucboe.

The Scotch Plains – Fanwood Special School Election is scheduled for September 17, 2024, from 2 pm to 8 pm. The polling locations being used in this Special School Election will be the same as those used in a typical Primary and General Election.

The secure ballot drop boxes will remain open until the polls close at 8:00 pm on September 17, 2024. These drop boxes are under 24/7 camera surveillance, open to voters around the clock, and ADA accessible.

The available locations for the Scotch Plains-Fanwood Special School Election include various places such as Cranford Community Center, Union College of Union County – Cranford Campus, Elizabeth: Union County Board of Elections, and Fanwood Historic Train Station, among others.

For a full list of polling locations and ballot drop boxes in Union County, voters are encouraged to visit the Board of Elections website at ucnj.org/boe.
