The City of Linden will host its 5th Annual Polish Festival on September 21, 2024, with a rain date scheduled for September 22, 2024. The event will take place from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM in front of Linden City Hall and Raymond Wood Bauer Promenade. The festival will feature performances by various bands including Phila Plus Band, Children of PRL, Owl, Górali im J. Kabaly, Slavic Invasion, and more. There will also be a magic show with live animals, a bubble show, children's activities, a dumplings and pierogies eating competition, Polish cuisine specialties, a beer garden, and various vendor stands.

The event is free to attend and is open to people of all ages. Sponsors for the festival include Linden Mayor Derek Armstead, Council President Michele Yamakaitis, Department of Recreation, Uptown Linden INC, Union County Commissioners, and Polish & Slavic Credit Union. The festival aims to celebrate Polish culture, tradition, and heritage.
